Important: This Service is designed for children under 13 with parental supervision. Parents or legal guardians must create accounts and provide consent for their children's use of the Service.

Description of Service

Bible Buddies is an educational app that allows children to have voice conversations with AI-powered Bible characters. The Service includes:

• • Conversation history and parental summaries
• • Safe, moderated content for children

Parental Consent and Responsibility

By creating an account, you confirm that:

• • You consent to your child's use of the Service
• • You will supervise your child's use of the Service
• • You understand that conversations are recorded for educational purposes
• • You are responsible for all account activity

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for:

• • Age-appropriate conversations about Biblical topics
• • Personal, non-commercial use

You agree NOT to:

• • Use inappropriate, offensive, or harmful language
• • Attempt to bypass content moderation systems

• • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• • Create multiple accounts or share account credentials

Subscription and Billing

Free Plan

Family Plan ($9/month or $90/year)

• • 50 conversations per month
• • Up to 5 child profiles
• • Full conversation history and summaries
• • Weekly email summaries

Billing Terms

• • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• • You may cancel your subscription at any time
• • Refunds are not provided for partial months
• • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Content and Moderation

All conversations are monitored using AI moderation to ensure appropriate content. We reserve the right to:

• • Review conversation content for safety
• • Terminate conversations that violate our guidelines
• • Suspend or terminate accounts for repeated violations
• • Update our moderation systems and policies

Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Bible Buddies and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of conversations initiated by your child, but grant us permission to use this content to improve our Service and provide educational summaries.

Privacy and Data

Disclaimers

Educational Purpose: Bible Buddies is designed for educational entertainment. While we strive for biblical accuracy, conversations are generated by AI and should not replace formal religious education or pastoral guidance.

AI Responses: Character responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may occasionally be inaccurate or unexpected. All conversations are moderated, but no system is perfect.

Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bible Buddies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms
